For bare aluminum profiles, the dimensions are slightly different again, because material is stripped during anodizing. However, these deviations from the anodized dimensions are smaller than they would be relevant for normal applications. Aluminum square tubes 25x25 mm bare, for example, have the dimensions 25.2 - 0/+ 0.3 mm.
