The aviary wire fastening unit consists of a self-tapping countersunk screw including a clamping washer. It offers optimal mounting for fastening aviary wire or mesh wire to an aluminum profile frame. The mesh wire is firmly connected to the substructure when tightening the self-drilling screw with a clamping washer. An advantage over other systems, such as rivets, is primarily the ability to loosen the connection again and re-fasten it. Furthermore, thanks to the self-tapping screws, no pre-drilling is necessary.
