Building a cover yourself with construction instructions for the innovative ALUSTECK® plug-in system is very easy. You build custom claddings and housings completely without sawing or welding. You build covers and claddings yourself in no time and can mount them directly to the wall or as a separate housing. You individually determine the size and shape of the cover or housing. By simply assembling the ALUSTECK® components like a kit, you create a professional do-it-yourself solution.
For the construction of the frame or chassis of the fan housing or cover, the aluminum profiles are simply hammered into the connectors . In this way, all conceivable substructures for all types of bodies can be easily built without screws or welding.

After you have assembled the construction for the carcass, clad it with the appropriate panel material. For this, the panels are inserted from the inside and then screwed from the outside to the webs. Do not insert the frame for wall mounting into the carcass yet.
