For the construction of the support structure, the plastic connectors are simply hammered into the aluminum profiles. In this way, substructures for patio roofs can be easily built. By using special articulated connectors, pitched roofs can also be realized.

H-profile with a groove for the twin-wall sheets

Before the panel material is inserted into the groove of the H-profiles, a layer of silicone is applied to the inner side of the webs. Subsequently, twin-wall sheets are pushed into the guide rail of the H-profile until they stop.
