Distance Selling Act - ALUSTECK® Simply custom-build

The Distance Selling Act applies from June 30, 2000, to all contracts for the supply of goods or the provision of services concluded between an entrepreneur and an end consumer exclusively using so-called distance communication means. Distance communication means include, in particular, letters, telecopies, telephone calls, e-mails, as well as radio, tele- and media services. Therefore, the Distance Selling Act applies, among other things, to online orders.

Instruction according to the Distance Selling Act (FernAbsG)
For contracts with end consumers, the Distance Selling Act and the following notes apply in addition to our General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery (see under help option). The Distance Selling Act is not applicable to companies and public institutions.

Information for the end consumer according to the Distance Selling Act
We are legally obliged to inform you of the following:

2. All essential characteristics of the goods can be found in the item description of our online shop.
3. Our offers are non-binding. This also means that in the event of unavailability of goods, we are not obliged to perform. We reserve the right to provide a service of equivalent quality and price.
4. All stated prices are gross prices, including the applicable value-added tax.
5. Delivery and shipping costs are not included in the product price. They are shown including value-added tax.
6. Regarding payment, delivery, fulfillment, and warranty, our General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery apply.

Cancellation Policy according to the Distance Selling Act
You are no longer bound by your order if it is cancelled within a period of two weeks after receipt of the first shipment. The cancellation must be made in writing or on another durable medium. To meet the deadline, timely dispatch to the company ALUSTECK®, owner Stephan Withake, Weserstr. 19, 47506 Neukirchen-Vluyn is sufficient. For goods, upon receipt of your cancellation, we are obliged to refund any payments for the goods. However, the refund will only be made after receipt and inspection of the goods by us. The costs of returning the goods, which must be sent back in the same way as they were shipped, are borne by the buyer. 

Exceptions to the Right of Cancellation
The right of cancellation is excluded for goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs or are not suitable for return due to their nature.
