NEW: Flange Connector in the ALUSTECK® Product Family!

(1) Spigot Flange: The Assembly
![]()
The assembly of the spigot flange is done very simply on the spigot side by inserting it into a tube opening. Afterwards, you fasten the flange with self-tapping screws at the desired position of your construction.
(2) Spigot Flange: More Flexibility

You can now place cross braces at any point in your construction. This also means that you are no longer tied to the classic connector structure. Subsequent integration of profile struts and outlets is now also possible.
(3) Spigot flange: Improved stability
The profiles of the load-bearing outer frame construction are no longer interrupted by plug connectors for outlets. This gives you higher stability in your construction.
(4) Spigot Flange: Design across materials
The integration of the Alu plug-in system in combination with constructions made of other materials such as wood is now also very easily possible. The spigot support flange can also be attached to tiles, ceramics, metal or wood by gluing!
(1) Wall/Floor Flange: The Assembly
The square tube is simply pushed into the gap between the two webs. Then, fix the profile on one side, on the web side that has a drill hole, with a self-tapping screw at the desired position of the square tube profile.
(2) Wall/Floor Flange: Easy floor/wall mounting
You have the easy option to attach your aluminum plug-in system construction to walls, floors, or ceilings. Especially for constructions that require this type of fastening, this connector is excellently suited.
(3) Wall/Floor Flange: Quick uncomplicated solution
Fast and flexible connection of your aluminum plug-in system construction with external surfaces or walls. Fix ALUSTECK® frames at all desired locations in a room or connect them with other constructions.
(4) Wall/Floor Flange: Combination Versatility
Combine other materials with your Alu Stecksystem construction as you wish. There are hardly any limits to creativity with this floor, ceiling, and wall flange.
Flange connectors make connections of different profile sizes possible
With the flange connector, different profile sizes in the ALUSTECK® System can be securely and cleanly combined with each other. In addition to the classic 25 x 25 mm square tube, 20 mm, 25 mm and 30 mm aluminum profiles can also be integrated. The matching flange plates ensure a stable connection between profiles and other components.
This results in constructions that can be planned particularly flexibly and precisely adapted to the respective application area. The flange connector is suitable, for example, for frame constructions, claddings, substructures, fastening points or individual special solutions. It makes the Alusteck system, consisting of high-quality aluminum profiles in custom sizes and matching plug connectors, even more versatile.
A major advantage becomes apparent especially when existing components are to be supplemented or different construction areas are to be designed differently. Depending on the requirements, profiles can be combined to be space-saving, particularly stable, or as light as possible. This allows for the implementation of tailor-made solutions where the connection technology remains reliable, clean, and flexible.
