Mini-Camper Berlingo Van - Micro Motorhome for Self-Builders
The "magical transformation" of a Citroën Berlingo into a micro-camper with ALUSTECK®, built on just 2.5 m². This self-build is the great result of a customer project and was built by Katja Kalitzki. Perhaps this example can serve as inspiration for your own build.

The smallest minicamper vehicle conversion module was the electrical module. Assemble aluminum profiles, drill holes for screwing the panels into the webs, and screw on the panels. Hinged lid on top. When drilling, first strike the aluminum with a center punch so that the drill bit does not slip.

The water module is open at the bottom rear and at the bottom front there is a removable cover. This is very practical for removing the two 13 L canisters. The sink is large enough to wash dinner plates and pots and to wash oneself in the morning. The water pump operates on 12V power.
Tip: Alternative for mobile water installation
As external accessories for integrating a mobile water supply, we can recommend the self-sufficient water systems from runnywater® as a practical alternative. The system integrates well into the construction and provides you with a complete individual water solution that is very easy to install. The storage module contains two compartments with flaps and one drawer. The hinges for the flaps required small shims due to the special shape of the aluminum profiles. On the storage module, as with the water module, there is a table slide rail on the top long side to allow the table to be positioned flexibly.

This combination as a cooking and toilet module came about because the cooker and PortaPotti were the largest parts that needed to be accommodated in furniture. The cooker sits under a flap that opens towards the sliding door on the driver's side. The PortaPotti is secured to the back wall with a strap.

All modules finished! Lastly, the floor panel is laid in the high-roof combi van and the holes for the module screw connections are drilled. All holes on the floor panel are fitted with T-nuts so that the modules can be firmly anchored to the floor.
