To ensure you choose the correct execution for your square profiles, we have provided a detailed explanation of what each individual cut pattern means. NOTE: Miter cuts can only be cut by us at a 45° angle!
Overview of Offered Profile Cuts
Aluminum square tube cut 90° at both ends:
Two vertical 90° cuts on the aluminum square tube at both aluminum profile ends.
Aluminum square tube with both webs miter cut:
A vertical 90° cut of the aluminum square tube at both profile ends and a 45° cut of all webs at both square tube ends.
Aluminum square tube with miter at one profile end:
A vertical 90° cut of the square tube at both profile ends and a 45° cut of all webs at (only) one square tube end.
Aluminum square tube with miter at one profile edge:
A vertical 90° cut of the square tube at both profile ends and a 45° cut of all webs at (only) one aluminum square tube edge.
Aluminum square tube completely mitered:
A counter-rotating, non-parallel 45° cut of the square tube and, if applicable, all webs at both aluminum square tube ends.
