Very high-quality tube connector made of polyamide plastic (PA) with an internal steel core. This connector is suitable for insertion into square tubes with dimensions of 20x20mm and 1.5mm wall thickness.

Should your construction be exposed to higher loads of over 10kg per plug connector, we recommend additional fixation with the square tubes by screwing, gluing, or riveting. Corner connectors with a steel core can withstand a load of over 10kg per connector. As an example calculation for the total load capacity of the construction, the following formula can be set up: 4 connectors with steel core (4x10kg)=load capacity greater than 40kg. Connectors with a steel core have a maximum compressive load capacity of 400 kg per horizontal tube connector pin. For a tube connector with a thread, screw feet with leveling plates, adjustable feet for leveling uneven floors, or even castors can be attached.
All two-part plug connectors with a steel core have an edge radius matching the aluminum profile and deviate slightly from models without a steel core due to production.
